Ready for the new RAM 1500 truck? It's almost time for the shipments of new trucks to be sent from the RAM factories to RAM dealerships across the country. If you have loved RAM trucks for decades, you are probably pretty excited to see the next models at Max Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Butler serving Appleton City, Rich Hill, Adrian, and El Dorado.
Updates on Body Style and Details
The new RAM 1500 is expected to have updates on body style and details. The all-new grill design will be more eye-catching, and the body will be streamlined and rounded with fewer hard edges. Some of the trim levels have matte black or glossy black details, too. RAM's usual trim level names appear to remain the same, so if you prefer a Laramie to a Big Horn or you want a Southfork special edition, you know exactly what to ask for.
Special Editions of the New RAM 1500 Truck
If you love the RAM 1500 so much that you want a special edition, you are in luck. There are actually several special editions of this truck. Ask about:
- Night Edition (has black exterior details)
- Sport Appearance Package
- TRX Final Edition
- Limited Longhorn Southfork
- Laramie G/T
- Rebel G/T
All of these limited editions offer something really unique where the RAM 1500 truck is concerned. You still get the same great performance specs, although some might have better performance specs than the standard base model RAM 1500.
Ordering a Truck vs. Buying an Available One
You can visit the dealership and purchase any manufacturer's trim level model as they are listed online. Otherwise, you can special order a truck. If you want a special edition, you definitely have to place a special order for that. It just depends on how fast you want and/or need a truck and whether or not you want extra bells and whistles. There's also a price differential for extra packages, changes in engine or configuration, etc., which should be considered when purchasing your truck.
